Yema ball

• is a nutritious and delicious sweet candy made in milk and eggs. This video will show the  instructions on how to make Yema. Below are the lists of ingredients, equipments and procedures in making yema balls.

Ingredients:

• condensed milk
• egg yolks
• sugar
• butter

Equipments used:

• sauce pan
• wooden spoon
• plastic gloves
• silpat
• toothpicks

Procedures:

1. In low heat, melt just enough butter to coal the saucepan.
2. Pour in condensed milk.
3. Slowly add in egg yolks and stir quickly.
4. Stir constantly to avoid burning until mixture is thick enough to form into balls.
5. Heat sugar in another saucepan in very low heat until it becomes liquid and syrup.
6. Removes egg and milk mixtures from heat and cool until it is cool to touch.
7. Put on plastic gloves and coat a little butter and roll the cooled mixture into balls.
8. Put toothpicks on the prepared yema balls.
9. Dip each yema ball on the sugar syrup and let it harden by placing it on a silpat.

• Screwdriver

Procedures:

1. Use Screwdriver with some srews
2. Discharge yourself before you begin
3. Start by placing the CPU in the socket
4. Apply the small amount of thermal paste
5. Mount the backplate and the CPU cooler by using screwdriver
6. Connect the CPU cooler to the mainboard
7. Place the memory modules in the corresponding slots. Take note of the notches in the slots and the modules
8. Open the case and mount the power supply
9. Attach the mainboard backplate to the case
10. Check the mainboard mounting positions
11. Gently position the mainboard in the case and attach it with screws
12. Optionally, install one or more casefans
13. Attach the casefans connector to the mainboard and the power supplies fan
14. Connect the 20 – or 24 – pin ATX connector as well as the 4-pin power supply.
15. hook up the front buttons and leds and do same for the USB, firewire and audio
16. Install the graphics card in an AGP or PCI-Express X16 slot. Don’t forget the optional power connector
17. Mount the hard disk drive and connect it to the power supply
18. Connect the SATA connector
19. Remove the front panel and two 5 1/4 ” covers
20. Mount the DVD-ROM driver and DVD writer.
21. Connect the ATA cable to both devices and hook them up to the power supply
22. Attach the side panel.

6. After growing 30 days, water it  everyday.
7. 9 to 12 months to mature.

I start developing my own blog site about NegoShow Time. It’s all about how to start a new business having a small capital in showing the daily blog entries with images, videos, and links. The essense of web logs popularly known as blogs, it should have regular updates or information entries based on personal ideas that help a lot to the user’s needs. No matter how colorful and full of animations it is, if there is no magic or click to the viewers. It will not attempt to visit the blog site. Meaning useless, wasting of time, effort and money. Therefore, the best way in getting the attention of the net users is to have a regular blog post that content a precise and concise information to capture them.

I like everything from day-to-day experiences, I like the warm welcome of the CAMP BLOG 1B personnel and organizers, excellent resource speakers, friendly participants, beautiful venue, first class accommodations, delicious and nutritious foods, and a new ICT integration strategies in teaching-learning approach called Blog (Blogging). Of course, NONE.

I hope and pray the CICT iSchools personnel and governments will continue to support teachers and students in the public high schools as well as elementary schools to embrace the never ending ICT changes.

Maybe yes if the person has ability, interest and have experiences in handling a business else, failure. That’s why we need to have formal knowledge and actual applications on how to run a business.

I decided to design and create my own blog about business that will cater the needs of the users. The whole concept of my blog will focus on how to start a small business – theory, techniques, strategies and managerial skills – for whatever inclination of areas in Technology and Livelihood Education through videos, presentations, links and other resources. The propose blog will not cover to discuss each lessons in the other components in TLE.

She thought me the techniques and strategies in starting business. I applied what I’ve learned by selling yema candy, tamarind, and other home-made products. My Nanay was so supportive in my project. We made the products and I’ll be the one selling it out to the customers (classmates and friends). I accomplished the projects and got profits and good grades.

Business is a great opportunity for all of us. It doesn’t need thousands and millions of pesos to own a business, borrow a money from friends, parents or in the bank, nor sale personal properties. It needs YOU – who have dedication, desire, and determination plus one hundred pesos only is equal to a new small business.
